Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user responsible for the content. We will also provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice and an opportunity to file a counter-notification.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
